Martin Hermsen
Martin Hermsen is partner at BearingPoint in Amsterdam office leading the Customer Management Service Line. He has joined the company in 2010 and has a MBA degree of the Rotterdam School of Management.
He has 20 years of experience in marketing strategy and consulting.
His competencies include marketing transformation, competitive strategy, digital strategy, distribution strategy, customer insights and segmentation, brand management, dynamic pricing strategies, digital channel development, CRM, marketing and customer databases.
Henk-Jan van de Beek
Henk-Jan is a senior manager in BearingPoint’s Customer Management Service Line and holds a Masters degree in Economics and Marketing.

He gathered experience in Sales & Marketing transformation, program and change management and operational management.

He leads the marketing transformation practice for BearingPoint in The Netherlands
Prior to working for BearingPoint, Henk-Jan worked for Accenture and in various functions at a large Dutch bank.
Jan Jacob Koomen
Jan Jacob Koomen is an experienced executive from the Amsterdam office. He has joined the company in 2010 and has a MSC in control engineering form the TU Delft.
Before joining Bearing Point Jan Jacob has been responsible for the growth of MRM through the development, sales and implementation of national and international marketing transformation projects at Adnovate.
He gained international experience at Unilever in supply chain management and operational excellence, building and leading factories and introducing lean manufacturing (TPM).
Natasha Permyakova
Natasha Permyakova is a Business Analyst with the Amsterdam office. She has joined the company in March 2012 and holds a MSc in Marketing, specialized in Strategy from Vrije University Amsterdam.
Natasha has international marketing experience across Russia, UAE and the Netherlands.
Her biggest passion and area of expertise is digital strategy & digital channel transformation.
Niels van der Putten
For the last 10 years I have worked as a management consultant in primarily the B2B(2C) market in different industries.

Within these industries I helped companies improve their commercial organization by analyzing their commercial vision and strategy and translating these into critical success factors, processes, organization structures, roles and responsibilities, supporting CRM tools and the governing performance structures. I have supported these organizations in the analysis, design and implementation phase of their sales transformation initiatives.

Throughout all my projects I always have a key focus on change management and sustainable business transformation.

Pieter Stel
Pieter Stel is senior manager and competence leader Customer Intelligence at BearingPoint

Pieter has more than 15 years of experience in business consulting. Worked for Capgemini Consulting, Paul Postma Marketing Consultancy and Ernst & Young Consulting. Has a M.Sc. degree in Econometrics, University of Groningen

Pieter is main teacher of the Masterclass Marketing Intelligence for IDMK since 2005 and is co-author of ‘Handbook Direct Marketing 3.0’ (Paul Postma a.o., 2011)
Remco de Jong
Remco de Jong is a Senior Manager from the Amsterdam office. He has joined the company in 2010.
Remco is specialized in Customer Service transformations and has more then 15+ years experience with Customer Service and Contact Center improvements. His competencies include Customer Service strategy formulation, Contact Center performance improvements, Operating model development and Customer Experience and Service transformations.
